● The purse must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
● Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or use may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the instructions needed to send your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
Refunds
