Purchase Options

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Visa
Shop Pay

All payments must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.

Payment information is securely processed through our payment providers. We do not have access to or store your full payment card information.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at rm@ravishmi.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

For pre-order purchases, cancellation requests must also be submitted before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If your cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once a refund has been issued, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
